DOMESTIC KITCHEN BIOMASS GREASE TRAPS
Suitable for installation in homes, inside a domestic kitchen, 2 sizes are available to prevent your household drains being blocked by fats, oils and grease. Two different dosing systems are recommended for creating the grease-eating Biomass inside. Eight different pipe options allow installation almost anywhere.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN BIOMASS GREASE TRAPS
Suitable for installation above-ground, on the floor, inside commercial kitchens, 5 sizes are available to suit from 50 to 400 meal per day restaurants. Three different dosing systems are recommended for creating the grease-eating Biomass inside. Different inlet and outlet pipe options allow installation almost anywhere.

COMMERCIAL UNDERGROUND BIOMASS GREASE TRAPS 
For installation outside, underground, in Restaurants, Take-aways and food processing  factories etc. Thirteen sizes are available to suit from 100 to 5000 meals per day or up to 14 Litres per second flow rate. Three different dosing systems are recommended for creating the grease-eating Biomass inside. 110mm and 160mm drainage pipe options.

LAMINA FILTERTRAP BS EN1825 GREASE SEPARATORS 

Lamina Filtertraps to EN1825
The PPD Lamina Filtertrap has been developed to protect the kitchen drainage systems of restaurants and food processing factories from the effects of grease. Fully Tested to BS EN 1825 and the DIN standard test procedure - giving better than 25 PPM results.
Manually-emptied and Tanker-emptied versions are available with sizes from 0.8 L/sec to 25 L/sec

The patented, highly efficient two stage separation process has been shown to remove 99.997% of oil and grease from the flow. Design features include :- Lamina Flow - The inlet encourages layered, lamina flow causing fast separation of oil and grease. Coalescing Filter - The special filter medium separates the fine droplets of oil which pass through normal grease traps. Positive trapping - The grease cannot be flushed through by dishwashers or pan-sinks emptying - a common fault with old style grease traps.

Available in Manually-Emptied and Tanker-Emptied versions.
